This probably is one feeling that makes me smile ,and even makes me emotional. I bought a sofa-cum-bed from am American lady today. I asked her that since I did not have transportation, could I pick it up next week?
To which they replied, oh , we have a van, and I have two sons, they'll help you do it. A bit too much to ask for ,I thought.
Well, guess what, they did it- and they did it as if they were just doing their duty. And boy, they were good at it . All the worry associated with the transportation of the sofa disappeared,and of course, I had some of my own friends come to help me offload it .
But, what made me smile today was the simple yet very nice gesture, and that the family wholeheartedly jumped into helping me. These people are definitely going to be remembered :) .
